Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 20, 2026  ·  Last updated: April 20, 2026

At Faderlabs, your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our websites (faderlabs.com or faderlabs.ai), book a strategy call, become a client, or interact with our services.

We are a small creative studio based in Baltimore, Maryland, helping industrial and B2B brands build authority through high-quality content production and AI-powered workflows. We keep things simple, transparent, and respectful of your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways:

Information you give us directly

  • Contact details (name, email address, phone number, company name) when you fill out forms, book a call, or email us.
  • Project details, content briefs, scripts, recordings, logos, brand guidelines, or other materials you share so we can deliver your podcasts, videos, articles, or content engine.
  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers — we do not store full credit card details).

Information collected automatically

  • Standard website usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site (via tools like Google Analytics or similar).
  • Cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and understand how our site is used.

Client content and production data

When working together, we handle audio/video recordings, transcripts, drafts, performance metrics (downloads, views, engagement), and any data included in your content. This is treated as confidential client work.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and book strategy calls.
  • Deliver our services: producing podcasts, videos, short-form content, thought leadership articles, strategy sessions, and performance dashboards.
  • Communicate about projects, revisions, invoices, and updates.
  • Improve our website, AI workflows, and overall service.
  • Send occasional important updates (never spam).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share data only when necessary:

  • With trusted service providers (for example, hosting platforms, email tools, payment processors, cloud storage for project files, or AI tools we use in production). These partners are contractually required to protect your data.
  • When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not share client content or recordings with third parties except as needed to fulfill the project you hired us for.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in the United States with industry-standard protections. We limit access to only those who need it to do their job. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect the personal and project information you entrust to us.

Client project files are kept only as long as needed to complete the work and for a reasonable period afterward for revisions or archival purposes (unless you ask us to delete them).

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of certain data processing where applicable.
  • Request that we stop using your data for marketing (we do very little of this).

For client projects, you can request deletion of specific files or data at any time, subject to our legitimate business needs or legal requirements.

Because we are based in Maryland and serve US clients, we comply with applicable state laws including the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA). If you are a California resident, you also have rights under CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use essential cookies for basic functionality and analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve the site. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use tracking for targeted advertising.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
